Multi-Million Pound Property

We were contacted by RPC Formwork to supply drawings and equipment for the construction of a brand new multi-million pound residential property in Virginia Water, next to Wentworth Golf Club in Surrey.

Formwork for new flats

Lucas Groundworks were appointed for a major project to construct a series of new flats in Surrey. This involved the construction of a basement under seven flats, three storeys high.

St John’s Church of England Primary School

St John’s is a Primary School near Huntingdon in Cambridgeshire. As part of a large overall construction project involving the installation of a new sewer system, our team at Norwich were approached to supply a groundworks hire package.

Norfolk Electricity Substation

As part of a major development project by UK Power Networks, Norfolk Substation was commissioned to be upgraded. Newall Civil Engineering, a Norfolk-based and experienced local contractor, chose Leada Acrow to design a suitable formwork solution for the project.

£2 million residential property

Our Liverpool Service Centre was selected to assist in the construction of this impressive £2 million residential property based in Wilmslow, South Manchester. Working with Sandycroft Construction, a Midlands-based construction company, we were able to successfully supply all of the trench support for the project, as well as formwork for a large basement swimming pool.

Thornton Heath Railway Station

Thornton Heath Railway Station is in the London Borough of Croydon and is on the Brighton mainline between East Croydon and London Victoria. Concept Rail Ltd was appointed by Network Rail for a project which involved the replacement of the main footbridge and installation of a lift shaft to each of the three platforms at the station.

Groundworks for Pembrokeshire County Council

We were approached by Gerald D Harris & Sons to support a project being carried out for Pembrokeshire County Council involving the installation of new drainage systems including pipes and manholes on a series of public footpaths and highways. The pipes were 450 - 600mm in diameter.
