How do I request a visit from your sales engineers or rearrange quoted rates?
Contact your local Leada Acrow Service Centre to discuss your requirements or call our team on 0370 330 6025 to arrange one of our Sales Engineers to contact you.
Can I reserve my equipment?
Yes, equipment may be provisionally reserved in advance by telephone, email or in writing. Contact your local Leada Acrow Service Centre or email us. Every effort will be made to have equipment available for collection or delivered at a specified day.
How do I know if there’s a minimum hire period on an item I have hired?
We have a minimum hire period of two weeks on all products.
Am I responsible for the equipment whilst it is on hire?
Yes, you are responsible for safe-keeping of the equipment you hire.
