Roles and responsibilities

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Account Manager to develop and grow the Leada Acrow business through the identification, quotation and successful bid for major projects and the management of customer accounts in the North region (M62 Corridor and North).

Reporting to our National Sales Director, you’ll ensure that plans are in place to deliver and potentially exceed Regional targets and KPI’s. As brand ambassador, you’ll promote Leada Acrow and our products as a preferred supplier of equipment and solutions in the formwork sector.

Working in close partnership with the Regional Sales Manager and our Technical Team, you’ll forecast the future work pipeline and ensure that we are developing innovative and cost effective solutions for customer projects.

Skills required

Already possessing a proven account management record, you must have the drive and desire to maintain and develop our successful and growing business. Additionally, you’ll have:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills in relation to the formwork industry
  • Knowledge and experience in handling major projects and major customers in the formwork industry
  • The ability to develop innovative and cost effective formwork solutions for customer’s projects
  • Excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to communicate and engage key stakeholders across different levels and functions
  • The ability to analyse commercial information, produce plans and targets and forecast revenue to develop a pipeline of business
  • Good computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 This is a field-based role with Regional and occasional National travel.
