A Service Centre Manager is requires to join the Leada Acrow Team.

Leada Acrow supplies products for Hire or Sale for all your Temporary Works requirements, including Formwork, Falsework and Groundworks systems plus Edge Protection and Façade Retention/HD Propping systems, which is a division of A-Plant is one of the UK's leading rental equipment companies. Roles and responsibilities

To manage all areas and aspects of a busy Service Centre in driving the business forward to ensure targets and the highest possible standards of customer satisfaction are achieved. 

You will be responsible for:-

  • Managing and developing the depot team to ensure a quality service is provided to customers and that the depot achieves or exceeds budgeted levels.

  • Establishing and maintaining high levels of operational performance.

  • Supporting the strategic growth objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Managing the delivery of a quality sales and account management performance, seeking customer feedback to support future decision making.

  • Ensuring 100% compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Skills required

Key success criteria will include:

  • Developing ROI
  • Managing service standards
  • Improving customer satisfaction and reducing customer complaints / queries
  • Reducing customer attrition rates
  • Improving staff retention and skills development

This is a challenging role and we expect the successful candidate to have a significant number of years experience with a demonstrable track record of developing and maintaining a high performance operation.  Knowledge and experience in Formwork , falsework and Groundwork’sis highly desirable but we also welcome applications from candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate an aptitude for future success in the industry.
