Leada Acrow Announces Million-Pound Modular Formwork Investment
Leada Acrow has boosted its multi-functional, modular wall formwork system with a further £1.2m investment in new galvanised panels, from MEVA.
A total of 3,300 new units (3005m2) which form the EcoAs wall formwork panel system have been purchased.
EcoAs is popular in the industry and known for being robust and perfect for both simple and complex projects. The product is flexible and suitable for use on lighter duty residential, commercial and industrial construction sites.
The EcoAs panels have an Alkus plastic face that gives a high-quality concrete finish, the closed steel profiles are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Their small size makes them easily portable and ideal for jobs such as forming concrete lift shafts, stairwells, foundations and swimming pools.
Leada Acrow will take delivery of the panel system in February, which will be available for hire from Leada Acrow’s service centres in Liverpool and Glasgow initially, followed by Romford in the Spring. However, with their extensive logistical fleet and depot network, Leada Acrow will always be in a position to ensure that the right product gets to each and every site.
“Our latest purchase ensures that our organisation is ideally placed to meet the increased demands from the market, guaranteeing that we act efficiency to support our customer requirements.
“We’re committed to continually investing in our equipment, supported by a fantastic manufacturing relationship from MEVA and their innovation team. We ensure that all of our products are of the highest quality, as this reflects our continuing commitment to striving for excellence.
